1. i dont want to discourage you, but please improve your english. noone wud want to read your article if you spell patient as pation, are u an indian? and ur whole question,,, comeon grow.
2. If you're writing an academic article, there are many trade publications, and I assume many specifically about Diabetes. Check with your academic advisor. If you're writing a "this is my life" piece without research behind it, you're not going to be able to publish it in a peer-reviewed journal. Check online to see if there are Diabetes usergroups or e-zines - you may be able to publish there!
