digg.com: how do I include a thumbnail next to my article?

Posting articles on digg doesn't give me the option (that I can see) of posting a thumbnail of an image from the site next to the submission. Yet I clearly see that other articles have thumbnails included. How do I do this too? thanks.

1. its automatic.. digg will go through your submission and use your Subject or Topic as a basis and look for a similar picture in the URL you provided. example you submitted BREAKING OMG XKCD IPHONE RON PAUL it searches in the URL you provided for a picture file that has the same names like iphone or ron paul or XKCD or OMG etc...
